Today’s consumers want to have options. With Pay By Text, you offer all the options your customers could want. First, with the Broadcast function the platform, you can send them a friendly payment due notification with three convenient options:

Option 1: Conversational Text Bot

Powered by our conversational text bot, this option is the ultimate in both security and convenience. When your customer has saved their payment method, making a payment is as simple as responding with “PAY” to your text notification. Once the transaction is complete, the customer receives a text receipt with the confirmation number provided by your gateway or payment processor.

Option 2: Secure Mobile Web Form

If they’d like to use a different payment method or never saved one, we can help you provide a link to a secure form to enter their details. When possible, we can even help you pre-fill the form with the information available from your customer database. Once the payment is complete, they’ll receive a confirmation through their preferred method; email or text.
